  • The SPICE Award Program (Staff Participating In Creating Excellence).Any of our people can make a suggestion that positively impacts our business. Ideas for client service enhancements, promotional campaigns, procedural changes, new business endeavours, and other areas are welcomed for evaluation and possible monetary award. If a submission is accepted, a monetary award that makes sense in the context of the suggestion is awarded. Annual recognition for exceptional participants is also part of the program.
