Senior Manager, Client & User Experience
With a passion for designing intuitive experiences you will lead the development of new user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes that will delight and exceed the expectations of our customers. This role will lead the new User Experience team and be a key contributor in the development and creation of engaging user experiences for all of CWB’s digital banking channels.
AVP, Digital Strategy & Innovation
The primary focus for this role is to contribute to the creation, ongoing development and execution of the Digital and Alternative Channels strategy for CWB Financial Group. This position will also play a lead role in the creation and maintenance of the three year digital roadmap for business and personal customers ensuring there is consideration and inclusion of omni channel experiences.
