Meet your leader

Christina Mullin joined CWB in July 2019 as the VP of Digital and Alternative Channels – the first team member of the new department! With over 20 years of banking experience, she is known for pursuing an unparalleled client experience through the development and execution of complex digital and cash management strategies and programs. With much of her career spent in digital and business banking, Christina brings passion, extensive knowledge and an innovative approach to delivering our strategy and capabilities across all digital channels.

Delivery & Management Specialist

Do you have a passion for the digital space? Have you supported change across digital services for a company? Do you thrive on delivering and implementing new changes within an organization? As a member of this team, you will participate in a multi-year program to deliver and execute on CWB’s digital strategy. Your main responsibilities will include defining and ensuring accuracy for requirements and configurations, resolving issues through investigation and providing recommendations and solutions for client issues and escalations. You will also track and monitor usage analytics to identify client behaviour trends across the digital properties and support the preparation of reports and dashboards.
